About CLA(Conjugated Linoleic Acid)
Linoleic acid is one of the essential fatty acids for human. It could not be synthesized in human body, but must be taken from food.
Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), is a general term for isomers of conjugated linoleic acid.
Conjugated linoleic acid triglyceride (CLA-TG) is produced by esterifying conjugated linoleic fatty acids with glycerin based on food-grade lipase as a catalyst. CLA-TG is a novel food, and has better stability.
We CLA-TG microencapsulated powder is produced from CLA-TG oil via emulsification and spray drying. The unique technology of agglomeration, as well as secondary embedding, more stable, with higher oil load but lower surface oil.
